Hello my dear ones,
Today I came across an article that highlights a very present and highly important societal issue: Why women in leadership positions are statistically often significantly unhappier and more stressed than their male colleagues. At first glance, one might naturally think that the sheer responsibility alone is the main cause for this. But when we look much deeper, we quickly realize that it is not the leadership itself that drains us, but the desperate adaptation to systems and expectations that absolutely do not correspond to our own nature.
The Artificial Corset of Foreign Expectations
In the classic working world, structures are often completely dominated by an extremely hard, unemotional, and unforgiving energy. When women rise to these demanding positions, they are frequently unconsciously required to check their natural intuition, their empathy, and their feminine power at the office door. They force themselves day after day into a completely unnatural, foreign pattern of behavior. This permanent internal conflict puts the highly sensitive nervous system into a chronic state of continuous stress. It is the absolute survival mode that inevitably leads to deep emotional exhaustion.
We at JULION CENDARA know exactly this exact phenomenon from the world of healthy foot care. It is exactly the same underlying principle: When we force our feet for years into artificial, much too tight plastic shoes that taper to a sharp point at the front, simply to conform to a societal norm, we inevitably lose our completely healthy stance. The body strongly rebels with severe pain, immense tension, and a total loss of traction. Anyone who allows themselves to be permanently pressed into a rigid shape that is simply not made for them – whether in their professional career or on their own physical body –, completely loses their most valuable foundation.
The Return to Stubborn Serenity and Nature
In order to effectively escape this unhealthy hamster wheel, we urgently need our beloved, stubborn serenity. True strength in modern leadership does not mean making oneself even harder or building up even more artificial pressure. It means consistently focusing on your own, completely natural roots. We must fundamentally stop forcing ourselves into tight roles that severely constrict us internally.
Exactly for this very reason, it is so incredibly important to me in the current development of my new shoe material to completely rely on pure, renewable raw materials and a completely natural fit. When we give our feet back the unconditional freedom to spread out quite naturally, we deeply ground our entire internal system. A body that safely and painlessly stands firmly on the ground continuously sends soothing signals of profound peace to the mind. This deep, physical security is our absolute strongest protective shield against the immense pressure from the outside world.
True Leadership Always Begins at Your Own Foundation
Let us finally stop wearing the wrong shoes – both entirely figuratively in our daily careers as well as quite physically on our own two feet. Women who possess true, unshakeable self-respect clearly define their very own rules. They build their financial and emotional independence stubbornly and completely calmly by themselves, execute their plans unemotionally, and strictly refuse to make any lazy compromises that could somehow endanger their health.
Take up your own space completely uncompromisingly, take a very deep breath, and deeply trust in your natural inner power. A completely healthy foundation cannot be bent by any external system.
All the best,
Yours Jutta Arntz
