Slowed Down by Old Patterns: Why Women Need New Structures – and How We Build Them Ourselves

Hello my dear ones,

Today I read a highly current article that ties in perfectly with our last topic. The core message: Women absolutely want to take responsibility, but old, completely encrusted corporate structures systematically slow them down. There is no lack of courage, will, or competence. It is the rigid, often antiquated framework conditions that deprive us of the space to truly unfold our strengths freely and naturally.

The Desire for Responsibility and the Invisible Walls

We are often told that we simply have to try a little bit harder, be louder, or assert ourselves more fiercely. But that is a dangerous fallacy. If a structure is built from the outset in such a way that it does not allow empathy, flexibility, and natural intuition for a single millimeter, then the greatest effort is useless. On the contrary: The permanent attempt to fight against these invisible walls puts our highly sensitive nervous system into a chronic state of stress. We burn out, not because we are weak, but because we waste our valuable energy in a system that deeply works against our nature.

The Physical Parallel: When the Shoe Slows Us Down

We experience exactly this phenomenon of artificial braking up close every single day on our own bodies. Our feet naturally want to take full responsibility for our secure stance. They have an ingenious, natural biomechanics that can perfectly balance our entire body weight. But what do we do? We put them into rigid, extremely tight plastic shoes with massive heels and thick cushioning. These external artificial „structures“ completely slow down the natural function of the foot. The musculature completely atrophies, and we completely lose our real, physical foundation because the artificial corset simply takes the responsibility away from us.

Breaking Structures with Stubborn Serenity

At JULION CENDARA, we strictly refuse to continue accepting these old structures. If the existing system simply does not work for us, then we will just build our very own with stubborn serenity! Instead of simply waiting for the encrusted shoe industry to finally change, I research unemotionally and focused on my own materials made of pure, entirely renewable raw materials. We give our feet back their unconditional freedom so that they can once again take full responsibility for our whole body.

Exactly this is what I also wish for our life paths and our personal careers. Let us no longer fight desperately against structures that continuously slow us down. Let us instead build our financial and emotional independence so stubbornly and calmly that we can easily create our very own spaces. Spaces in which we can breathe deeply, unfold completely naturally, and build our lives firmly upon an unshakeable foundation.

Have you ever felt completely slowed down by old, rigid structures in your professional or private life? How did you successfully manage to throw off this tight corset and find your very own, completely natural path? I am incredibly looking forward to reading your powerful stories down in the forum!

All the best,

Yours Jutta Arntz
