Hello my dear ones,
Today I watched a very valuable video about five tips against stress in everyday work. We all know those days when the phone rings incessantly, emails pour in every single minute, and deadlines are constantly breathing down our necks. In such moments, our sensitive nervous system immediately switches into absolute survival mode. We breathe more shallowly, our muscles tense up, and we completely lose contact with our natural rhythm.
In our modern performance-driven society, stress is often simply accepted as an unavoidable evil of success. But we at JULION CENDARA know that we are by no means defenselessly exposed to this artificial pressure. True resilience always begins entirely with an absolutely unshakeable foundation.
The Physical Stress Under the Desk
When we talk about work stress, we usually only think about the mental pressure. We completely forget the physical stress to which we subject our bodies in the meantime. Whoever sits for eight hours a day in a rigid, pointed office shoe made of synthetic materials literally cuts off the air to their own foundation.
Blood circulation is severely inhibited, and the body unconsciously sends permanent warning signals to the brain. How are we ever supposed to make clear, calm, and serene decisions in our heads if our vital basis is suffering under the desk? The return to natural, renewable raw materials and a wide, liberating toe box is therefore not just a question of comfort, but an active act of stress management.
Five Impulses for Your Stubborn Serenity in the Office
Let us look at the classic anti-stress tips through the lens of our beloved philosophy. Here are five impulses to actively calm your own nervous system right in the middle of the storm:
Feeling the Grounding: Whenever possible, take off your shoes under the desk. Feel the direct contact with the floor. This small, invisible action signals immediate safety to your body and deeply grounds the mind.
Setting Stubborn Priorities: Not every loud email is truly important. Cultivate a stubborn serenity when processing your daily tasks. Do one thing after another – exactly as we walk our own path step by step.
Conscious Breathing Breaks: When the hectic pace takes over, press pause for just one minute. Breathe deeply into your abdomen, feel the soles of your feet on the floor, and actively bring your nervous system out of "fight-or-flight" mode.
Natural Movement: The human body is simply not made for rigid sitting. Stand up regularly, stretch, and give your muscles back the wonderful freedom that nature originally gave them.
Protecting Your Own Space: Do not let yourself be infected by the collective panic of your colleagues. Always stay in your own, calm energy. A strong inner foundation cannot easily be blown over by external storms.
If we give our body back the natural freedom for which it was made, we have the absolute best prerequisites to master the daily work madness with a bright smile. Please feel free to share your best anti-stress strategies with our community down in the forum!
All the best,
Yours Jutta Arntz
